Java client, documentation improvement

• schema docs, added schema class import
• header docs, describes the content map as string to the specific MediaType class
• add response header link in response documentation

  You may regenerate an individual generator by passing the relevant config(s) as an argument to the script, for example ./bin/generate-samples.sh bin/configs/python*.
